●智能开料工作站是一种特别适合批量定制家具生产的设备。由一台自动贴标机，两台或三台数控开料机和一台下料机器人构成。与众不同的地方在于两台或多台设备加工同一批次，减少了工件在开料工序停留的时间，提升了交付能力。采用机器人捡料，极大的减轻了工人的劳动强度，有效的降低了用工成本。
●智能开料工作站还可以一拖三、二拖六或对接RGV，实现智能工作站群。

It consists of an automatic labeling machine, two or three CNC nesting machines and an unloading robot. 智能封边
●短边智能封边，配置柔性辅助送料装置自动回转，完成工件端头自动封边，板间距可控，最小工件宽度为100mm，并且可连续不断封边。设备会根据封边完成情况自动流转到长边，无需人工干预。长边封边前的链式缓存用于平衡前后工序的节拍，且设备配置自动进料和出料装置，用于工件平稳进出设备。
●高速自动封边机采用双胶缸，12通道伺服送带，系统根据工件标签上的信息自动切换胶缸和封边带，满足多种花色柔性封边。设备还可采用PUR涂胶，来提升封边质量。
