【蚕豆米炒腊鱼】
原料: 腊鱼 1盘 蚕豆米 1小盘 姜 2片 干红椒 少许 生抽 1勺 料酒 1勺 油盐 适量
制作:1. 准备好好原材料; 2. 烧锅水,加入几滴油和适量的盐; 3. 将蚕豆米放入锅中焯煮熟; 4. 烧热锅放入适量的油,下入腊鱼块进锅去煎; 5. 将腊鱼块煎至表面金黄; 6. 加入准备好的红椒和姜片进锅继续煸炒; 7. 烹入适量的料酒; 8. 再放入少许生抽焖煮2分钟; 9. 最后放入焯好的蚕豆米进锅继续翻炒几下即可;
10. 盛入盘中。
