Hines Signs Strategic Cooperation Agreement with CCB Trust
4月17日，汉斯集团与建信信托在北京建信信托总部签署了战略合作协议。根据协议，双方将本着强强联手、合作共赢的原则，缔结长期且稳定的战略合作关系，双方将在业务领域内开展积极且全面的合作发展，合作范围以不动产投资、项目股权投资等领域合作为主，包括但不限于长租公寓、商办项目、产业园区等。建信信托总裁孙庆文先生、副总裁周志寰先生、业务总监兼上海区域业务中心总经理沈志强先生，汉斯集团亚太区CEO Ray Lawler先生、亚太区财务执行董事闫晓鸢女士、中国区执行董事贺喜霞女士及双方相关部门主要负责人均出席了本次签约仪式。
Hines and CCB Trust signed a strategic cooperation agreement on April 17 at the CCB Trust headquarters in Beijing. The agreement solidifies a long-term and stable partnership between the two companies, focused on active and comprehensive cooperation in real estate investment and project equity investment, including but not limited to long-term rental apartments, commercial office projects, and industrial parks. The signing ceremony was attended by key officials from both companies, including representatives from CCB Trust - President Mr. Sun Qingwen, Vice President Mr. Zhou Zhihuan, and Director/GM of Shanghai Business Unit Mr. Shen Zhiqiang. Also present were CEO of Hines Asia Pacific Mr. Ray Lawler, the Managing Director - Finance of Hines Asia Pacific, Catherine Yan and Managing Director of Hines China, Ms Tina He .
